On Saturday, October 5, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the return of the carving of “Jesus of Medinaceli” to his basilica, his extraordinary departure will be celebrated in procession through the streets of Madrid.

VAV Broadcast will make available to Telemadrid 4 OB Vans and 4 DSNG HD to broadcast live such an extraordinary event in the capital of Spain.

The tour will depart from the Almudena Cathedral with the following route: Calle Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Alcalá, Cedaceros, Carrera de San Jerónimo and the Duke of Medinaceli, to enter the basilica of Jesús de Medinaceli around midnight.

The OB Van 1 HD will be located at the exit of the Almudena Cathedral, with a supply of 4 HD camera chains, 2HD box lenses, 1 HD angle, and reporter position.

The OB Van 4 HD will be located in Puerta del Sol, with 5 HD camera chains, 3 HD box lenses, and a reporter’s position.

The third location will be on Calle Alcalá, where the UM 6 4K will be located with a supply of 3 HD camera chains, 2HD box lenses, and a reporter’s position.

Finally, the OB Van 2 HD will be located in the Plaza de Las Cortes, with camera positions in the Carrera de San Jerónimo, in the street of Jesús de Medinaceli and in front of the Basilica. With an endowment of 5 HD camera chains, one of them on a hot head crane, with 2HD box lenses, 1 angular HD and reporter position.

In addition to the technical deployment, VAV Broadcast will provide 1 DSNG of transmission and satellite segment in each location, camera practicable and all the personnel of assembly, operation and realization of the event, to provide a “Turnkey” service for Telemadrid.
